Preschool teacher is needed in Norcross, Georgia. Planning, teaching and implementing the curriculum and providing quality care for our children 4 and 5-year-olds. Plan and execute indoor and outdoor experiences appropriate to the developmental levels of the children. Interact with children both physically and verbally throughout the day. Meet with parents, staff, and administration. Attend staff development training programs.
Req. Bachelor’s degree in Education or foreign equivalency with one year of progressive experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher

Providing Kindergarten readiness while developing lifelong learners and innovators and Faith Based aligned
Our students are taught with an emphasis on 21st Century learning skills with Stream component utilizing Project Based strategies along with Bloom Taxonomy to help provide differentiated teaching and to build critical thinking skills while sparking students curiosity and interest. Teaching is research based and intentional for us.
Our focus is not only on academics but the whole child
As a result , keen attention is paid to all aspects of our building, mouthed toys are sanitized, dressed up clothing or laundered on the premises, tables or sanitized before, and after meals and floors are mopped and sanitized throughout the day.
Meal that will satisfy with only wholesome ingredients
- All our meals are prepared onsite and with the finest ingredients.
- No canned fruit but freshly bought fruit.
- No canned vegetables but only frozen or fresh store bought vegetables from local growers.
- No processed meat but freshly baked chicken, turkey and beef.
- No pork is served. Moreover , we serve four measl morning snack, luch, pm snack and dinner- (only at our Norcross location at this time)

We are passionate about providing an exceptional service that will benefit our community. We provide quality service to children 6 weeks to 12 years. It is truly our passion to leave a lasting legacy on our society by effecting positive changes in the lives of our children.

Alpha Preparatory Academy is committed to providing students with a 21st-century early education that is constructed by passionate, inspired teachers who are acknowledgeable in the skills needed to deliver an integrated curriculum. At Alpha we offer the tools and means necessary to allow infants, toddlers and young children to embark upon the world we live in and discover the fun and joy of learning.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBLITY
Alpha Preparatory Academy only serves fresh fruit and vegetables. We do not serve any canned fruit or vegetables to our children. Since we are catering to the whole child we know the importance of good nutrition for our children.
CONSTANT COMMUNICATION
We provide daily updates via the HiMama app. Download the app when you receive the email after orientation We also provide weekly communications from classroom teachers weekly regarding learning and various class and school happenings.
