Over the past 14 years, she has owned and operated Alpha Preparatory Academy where she trains, leads, and guides early educators in various areas of development. She is extremely passionate about making a lasting impact on our future generation. Also, she is a Certified Jack Canfield coach on the success principles but likes to demonstrate the principles from a Christian perspective.
Staff and Director hiring based on the following criteria:
- CDA (Or currently enrolled in a course of Study)
- AAS in Early Childhood Education
- Experience
- Classroom Working Interviews
- Sound personality match with staff and children
- Recommendations from previous supervisors
- Our current staff evaluations
- In the process of obtaining a CDA
