Send 3 professional reference Complete the fingerprint process and receive a comprehensive satisfactory notice

All state required paperwork should be turned in prior to beginning work.

On your first day you will receive a full tour of the center, complete paperwork and meet the other team members.

You will complete 26 hours at www.ProSolutions.com or CCEIonline Training videos for Early Childhood Educators within your first 30 days of hire. ·

Alpha Preparatory Academy New Hire Training program is a two-week program that includes training videos, workbook activities, classroom assessments, and hands on classroom time.

Once the initial training is completed you will be assigned to your new classroom or area.

There will be multiple touch points throughout your training to check-in and see how you are adjusting to your new role and our center.

Our onboarding process is a yearlong process and give you plenty of opportunity to become successful in your new role.
